StAl Posted August 21, 2016 Report Posted August 21, 2016 http://www.sidefx.com/forum/topic/45588/ O ovome sam dao kratku informaciju u 3D Tutorijali, ali mislim da treba i ovde da dodatno skrenem paznju, kako za iskusne tako i mladje koji se tek upustaju u 3D vode!!! :rolleyes: O cemu se sve radi vidi se u tamo prilozenom videu. Interesantne su promene u toku, a posebno je interesantno ono sto se najavljuje do kraja ove i ono sto sledi u 2017 godini!!! :) U HUDINIJU su u toku ozbiljne promene, a po meni i posebno interesantne u podrucju modelovanja, gledano iz perspektive pocetnika u 3D-u a ne samo iskusnih.

breeder Posted December 6, 2016 Report Posted December 6, 2016 Pa de ide da se uporedjuju modo i houdini , to su dva razlicita softvera. Houdini je softver za Fx i komplikovane proceduralne stvari , dok je modo za modeling/rendering. Nikad houdini nece postati "artist friendly" modelar , a ni modo aplikacija za komplikovane simulacije.

U dodatku ispod videa je navedeno: Part One(!) of my journey into Houdini: Coming from "normal" 3d editing applications - people often claim Houdini to be impossible to understand, user-unfriendly and overall mind-breaking. By comparing its interface to that of another 3d application I am trying to point out that this is not necessarily true, although one may have to apply a slightly different approach to understand how 3d data is being managed "behind the scenes". In this first video I am not behind-the-scening that much but merely walk through some `STANDARD VIEWPORT NAVIGATION, SELECTING AND EDITING GEOMETRY` and one tiny bit of terminology. Video je imenovan: Houdini for Not-Wizards Part 1: Navigation and Geometry U prvom delu ( " Part 1: Navigation and Geometry " ) on nigde ne poredi ta dva softvera kao celinu vec je vrlo konkretan! Nisam video onu vrstu poredjenja - kako je navedeno u prethodnon komentaru.

Btw procitao sam poredjenje sa maksom u par postova gore, max sada ima dosta mocan alat za node based pristup svemu sto moze i skriptom. EG MCG i jako je brz u smislu pristupa i koristenja direktno na modelu. Nije Houdini nego je zverka za sebe:

Tako nekako zapravo :) Nije još live link jer svaki put mora da se kompajlira al radi fino. Taj MCG je igracka u poredjenu sa Houdinijem. Nema tu sta Max da trazi. Neću da odvraćam temu od houdinija koji je sada mnogo više artist friendly nego sto je ikad bio. Al MCG je zaista moćan upgrade za MAX. Nije kompetitor houdiniju i ne treba da bude. Ali ne treba ići sa stavom da je max is djubre of software-a samo zato što neko hoće da nametne drugaciji modeling workflow u njega koji nije predviđen za max. Tipa generalno modelovanje bez korištenja modifier stack-a :)
